Around half of our clients are not home during cleaning. If you won't be home, please provide clear access instructions when you book so we can enter safely and on time.

If you choose to leave us a key, it will be labeled with a code only, never with your name or address, and stored securely between visits. We can discuss the arrangement that works best for you.

We bring everything needed for a standard home clean.

This includes premium eco certified products (Ecolabel or Ecocert), a color-coded microfiber system to prevent cross-contamination, an ultra-quiet vacuum with advanced HEPA H14 filtration, as well as a mop and bucket for floors, and other professional tools to ensure a hygienic, thorough result. All tools, cloths and mop heads are cleaned and disinfected between each visit to maintain the highest level of hygiene.

If you prefer, we can use your cloths, your mop, or your vacuum.

If you want a specific product used on a particular surface, just let us know and have it available for the visit.

Before our team arrives, please put away personal items and any private paperwork you would prefer not to be handled. It is also helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, and other household items. Clearing work surfaces before we arrive helps us clean more efficiently, which can lower your cost.

Our team is professional and respects your privacy. We do not open drawers or cabinets unless asked, and we treat your information and property with care and confidentiality.

Duration depends on the size of your home and its condition. As a rough guide, a standard clean for a 60m² apartment typically takes 3 hours, which is €57 after the SAP tax credit.

There are no hidden fees and eco supplies and equipment are always included. We can give you a more accurate estimate after learning more about your home.

Choosing a natural clean means prioritizing a healthier environment for your home. However, it’s important to understand a key difference: natural cleaning products may not be as effective as standard chemical products for areas that haven’t been cleaned in a while.

• Takes longer: Because natural products are gentle, they require more time and manual work to achieve the best results.
• Less shine: Sinks, tubs, and grout may not look as glossy as they would with strong chemical agents.
• Heavy buildup may not be removed: Our eco-certified products are not designed to fully remove thick limescale or baked-on grease.
• Higher cost: Natural products are more expensive, and since the visit typically takes longer, the total price is a bit higher.

Yes. Your satisfaction comes first. If anything was not cleaned according to our agreement, please let us know within 24 hours. We will return to correct it at no additional charge during the next available appointment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. All our work is guided by detailed checklists to ensure nothing is missed.

With the French Services à la Personne (SAP) tax credit and the Avance Immédiate system, you only pay for half of our services up front.

Our rate is €38 per hour, with no other hidden fees. The 50% tax credit is applied instantly through URSSAF, so you are only charged €19 per hour at the time of payment.

Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. Regular clients enjoy priority booking and a consistent service tailored to their home.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for first-time deep cleans. You can schedule up to one month in advance. For regular clients on a recurring schedule, your spot is already reserved.

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule at no charge.

We love animals and frequently work in homes with pets. Our eco-certified products are safer for your furry family members, minimizing chemical exposure during cleaning.

When you book, please mention your pets so we can bring our specialized vacuum and pet-specific attachments.

For everyone's safety and your pet's comfort, we ask that aggressive or territorial pets be secured in another room during the cleaning. If your pet is sensitive to equipment noise or unfamiliar people, let us know and we'll take extra care to keep them comfortable.

While we cannot guarantee the same cleaner for every visit, all team members are highly trained and follow our PureHome Promise. It is a structured system with detailed checklists for each room that ensures the same high standard of cleaning every time.

Cleaners will pay attention to any preferences or instructions you leave.

We follow a color-coded microfiber system to keep cleaning hygienic.

Cloths used in bathrooms are never used in kitchens. Kitchen cloths never go into bedrooms or other rooms. Each zone has its own dedicated set to keep things clean and safe.

To clean in and around toilet bowls we use single-use eco friendly paper towels, which are discarded immediately after use.

All cloths and mop heads are freshly laundered and sanitized for each home.

If your home has been professionally cleaned within the past three months, our Standard Cleaning service is usually sufficient. You’ll find a clear checklist on this page outlining exactly what’s included.

If it has been longer, we recommend starting with a Deep Cleaning to reset surfaces and tackle buildup before switching to regular maintenance.

Not included:
Add-ons are excluded from the base service. This includes cleaning the inside of appliances such as the oven and refrigerator, as well as other detailed tasks listed under our add-on services.

If your home has not been professionally cleaned for at least three months, we recommend booking a deep cleaning.

Deep cleaning is ideal for most first time visits. It resets your home to a high standard and prepares it for efficient standard maintenance.

Deep cleaning is more intensive than standard cleaning and is priced at €6 more per hour, or €3 more per hour with SAP credit. Here is why:

• Intensity and scope: We perform a detailed, top to bottom clean, including hard to reach areas and the removal of buildup that regular cleaning cannot address.

• Specialized resources: Deep cleaning often requires additional time, specialized tools, and a larger amount of eco certified products.

• Expertise: The team members who handle deep cleans are more experienced.

Please keep in mind that even with a deep cleaning, very neglected or heavily soiled areas may not be completely cleaned when using only eco-certified products. If your home is very neglected we are probably not the right fit.

Not included in deep cleaning:

Unfortunately, we currently do not provide cleaning services for attics and basements.

The reason is that these spaces are often difficult to access and can be unsafe due to clutter, hard-to-reach surfaces, or potential health risks such as dust, moisture, and mold.

We work strictly indoors and use only eco-certified products. They are effective for regular upkeep but are not intended to remove thick grease, heavy limescale, nicotine film, visible mold, or post-construction dust.

If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time, we might not be the right fit. However, we can recommend a service that can  prepare your home for our eco friendly maintenance service.

We generally do not perform the following tasks:

• Post-construction or during construction cleanup.

• Exterior windows or exterior windows tracks if access is unsafe.

• Thick grease removal, heavy limescale and heavy mold removal.

• Lifting or moving heavy furniture or appliances.

• For insurance and safety reasons, any work that requires climbing beyond a 3 step stool height.

• Removal of large amounts of animal waste from outdoor surfaces, such as terraces and balconies.
• Cleaning animal waste beyond typical indoor accidents.

• Cleaning air conditioners or ventilation systems that involves opening units or ducts. We will wipe exterior vents and grilles.

• Carpet washing and removing stains from upholstered furniture, rugs, walls and ceilings.

• After large events cleanup that involves trash hauling, dishwashing at scale, or floor scrubbing.

• Taking down and washing curtains or blinds.

• Hazardous tasks, including handling sharp objects, syringes, unknown chemicals, or spaces with strong fumes.

We accept bank transfer or card. With Avance Immédiate, the 50% SAP tax credit is applied automatically, so you only pay the reduced amount. Cash is accepted but does not qualify for instant credit. You would have to claim the 50% when filing your taxes.
